6. Limitation of Liability

TableHero is not responsible for data loss or service interruptions. We recommend users regularly back up their data.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

8.1. Subscription and Payment Management: We use Paddle.com as our platform to manage subscriptions and securely process all payments. Paddle acts as our payment provider, handling billing, collections, and subscription logic on our behalf.

8.2. Payment Data Security: Your payment information is provided directly to Paddle's secure platform. TableHero does not collect or store your full credit card information. All transactions are subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

8.3. Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new customers on their first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within the first 14 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase. Refund requests should be directed to our support team.

8.4. Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

9. Governing Law

These terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
